01The problem

Your current OS is five tabs and a spreadsheet.

01Stripewhat came in
02The client listwho needs a follow-up
03The inboxwhat needs you
04A spreadsheetwhat you owe people
05Status pageswhether anything is down
06The calendarwhich knows nothing about the rest

A client is waiting, an invoice is open, and the next task is somewhere in your inbox. Wieman OS gives you one place to review those threads, while your connected tools keep doing their jobs.

03The Intelligence

Ask about the work. See the context.

01

Bring the records into the conversation

Ask about unpaid invoices or today's commitments. The copilot can look up your connected accounts and show relevant records alongside its answer, so you can check the details.

02

Review the next step

Use the conversation to prepare a draft or organize a task. Sensitive actions, such as creating an invoice, ask for your confirmation. Available tools depend on the accounts and permissions you connect.

03

Choose your model and budget

Connect your own Anthropic API account for the copilot. AI usage is metered by your provider; you choose the model and manage its budget. Review the answer before you act on it.

07FAQ

The fine print, out loud.

Who is Wieman OS built for?

A solo founder running a service business: an agency, software studio, or automation practice with clients and work to track. Each business gets its own private console. The current version is for one operator; it does not include individual team logins or team permission roles.

What can it connect to?

Start with the built-in client pipeline and todos. Connect Google for Gmail and Calendar, Stripe for revenue information, and Anthropic for the AI copilot. Supported hosting connections can add system status. Each connection needs your own account and permissions; provider availability and any required approvals still apply.

What will it cost after I buy it?

There is no required Wieman subscription. You pay your providers directly. Vercel Pro and Supabase Pro currently start at about $45 per month combined. AI is metered separately; its cost depends on your model and usage. Optional services, taxes, and usage overages are extra. A consumer AI subscription does not include the API usage that powers the console.

What do I own?

You receive a source package licensed for one business and perpetual use of the delivered version. It runs in your Vercel and Supabase accounts, which you control and pay for. Your purchase includes 12 months of released updates. Continued use of your copy does not require renewing with Wieman, but connected services still depend on their providers. The license does not include reselling or redistributing Wieman OS.

What does setup involve?

You create your hosting and database accounts, follow the installation guide and checks, and connect the tools you want using their setup guides. Google and Stripe connections require permissions and credentials from your own accounts. Self-serve suits someone comfortable following technical setup steps. Choose Assisted setup if you want help through those steps; either option still needs your participation in account creation and authorization.

How much help is included?

Self-serve includes 30 days of installation email support. Assisted setup includes the same product plus two 60-minute setup and walkthrough sessions, help with up to three supported integrations, and 14 days of follow-through after your setup sessions. Both include 12 months of released updates. Custom modules, migrations, ongoing account administration, and unlimited consulting are outside these offers.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. The free browser demo uses example business data and sample responses, with no card required. It shows the console and its workflows without connecting your accounts. Your purchased installation starts with your own data and requires setup; the demo is not evidence that your connections are already configured.

Where does my data go when I use the copilot?

Your console stores data in your database and reads the services you connect. Using the copilot sends the relevant conversation and retrieved records to your selected AI provider. Keep credentials private and review AI responses before acting: they can be inaccurate or incomplete. The console asks for confirmation on sensitive actions such as creating an invoice.
