Your software.
Your accounts.

Wieman OS is customer-hosted software for one business and one operator. It is not a hosted account you can start using with only an email address.

A fit check, not a sales quiz

Is this the right setup for you?

Four choices to find a sensible next step. This check does not send or save your answers. No email, signup, or payment is required.

1. Who needs to use the console?
2. Which tools do you need?

Core clients and tasks work without optional connections. Supported options include Google Gmail/Calendar, Stripe reporting, and Anthropic AI.

3. Are you comfortable owning the hosting?

Your Vercel and Supabase accounts; about $45/month combined on the planned paid tiers, before AI, usage, optional services, and taxes. You remain responsible for budgets, backups, and updates.

4. How would you like to install it?

Standard setup uses a local installer and provider dashboards. Google can require manual OAuth configuration and provider approval; neither edition bypasses those requirements.

Answer all four questions to see a recommendation. Nothing is selected for you.

What you need

  • A computer and a current supported Node.js runtime to run the local setup tools.
  • Your own Vercel team and Supabase organization, with billing ready for commercial hosting.
  • An authenticator app for your owner sign-in.
  • Comfort creating provider accounts and following a setup guide. You do not need to modify application code for standard configuration.
  • Optional provider accounts and API credentials for the integrations you choose. AI subscriptions in chat apps do not replace API billing.

Expect separate provider costs. Vercel Pro and Supabase Pro currently start at about $45/month combined; usage, domains, AI, and optional services are additional. Check Vercel and Supabase before creating paid resources.

What the purchase includes

A private source download, installation tooling, a step-by-step runbook, and a saved purchase checklist. You own and control your hosting accounts; Wieman Systems does not operate your business database.

Self-serve includes 30 days of installation email support. Assisted setup adds two 60-minute sessions and help with up to three supported integrations. Neither includes custom development, ongoing administration, or unlimited AI usage.

The installation path

  1. Pay through Stripe and return to your purchase workspace. Verification unlocks the ZIP.
  2. Unzip privately. Read docs/product-install.md and run the included setup tools from that folder.
  3. Create a new database and deployment in your accounts. Review the resource and billing confirmation before allowing setup tools to create anything.
  4. Set your business name and application address, secure your owner login, and test persistence.
  5. Connect your supported tools one at a time. Validate read access before enabling any workflow that can change or send data.

Optional Google OAuth configuration and provider approvals can require manual dashboard steps. A custom domain requires your DNS access. No fixed installation time is promised.

Supported scope, without surprises

Start with the client pipeline, todos, and activity view. Supported optional connections include Google Gmail/Calendar, Stripe reporting, and Anthropic-powered assistance. Additional integrations may require their own onboarding and fees; follow the included integration guide.

This edition does not include multi-user roles, Microsoft Outlook integration, an always-running local agent host, done-for-you migrations, or custom client builds. Use the synthetic demo to judge the interface—not as a place to upload real customer information.

Keep account ownership, backups, security updates, provider permissions, and usage limits under your control. Never send support your passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer records.
